Who I Am

An advisor who builds, not just books.

I reached Fora "Pro" status in under a year — the tier reserved for advisors carrying a real book of luxury travel — by treating every trip as a relationship and every client as the start of a brand. The business is mine: Harmony in Gray, built deliberately, in my own name.

Before travel, I spent 18 years as a principal performing artist across five continents — four international medals, exacting standards, and a composure under pressure that now lives in every client file. I'm fluent in English and native in Mandarin Chinese, and I serve Chinese UHNW travelers in their own language.

And I run all of it on a system. A custom AI content and operations engine — Claude Cowork and Claude Code — researches, drafts, and follows up so a solo advisor delivers like a team. The taste is mine. The engine makes sure I never drop a detail, or a deadline.

Native Mandarin and fluent English. I serve the Chinese ultra-high-net-worth traveler directly, in their own language — a fast-growing luxury market most advisors simply cannot reach.

A custom system — Claude and n8n — that handles research, itinerary drafts, supplier follow-up, and content before I touch the file. It scales a solo advisor like a full team, with a public practice journal at chelsea.harmo.vip.
